I’ve called this post “fastest nose-typer in the world” but I could have probably called it “only nose-typer in the world”. Any way, this story broke in February 2014, I have no idea why I wasn’t informed of such an important bit of global news? Did you know about this?

If you’ve been in the dark as far as nose-typing is concerned, let me introduce you to Mohammed Khurshid Hussain from India. Hussain can type really frigging fast with just his nose. That’s right people, if he were to lose all of his limbs in a freak ballooning accident, he could still type you an email giving you the gory details.

Hussain is no stranger to typing extravaganzas, he already got himself a Guinness world record for typing the standard way (with fingers). He typed the entire alphabet (with spaces in between) in 3.46 seconds which is a world record people. But that wasn’t enough for our intrepid Hussain so he learned a new skill: nose-typing. According to Hussain, the hardest part is seeing the keys, they go all blurry and out of focus when you’re that close.

So without further ado I bring you nose-typer extraordinaire – Mohammed Khurshid Hussain:

I bet you’re trying it right now aren’t you? The best bit about the video is how seriously they’re all taking it.

Mohammed Khursheed Hussain - Guinness World Record Typer

Mohammed started typing practice at the age of 10, his mother thought it would be a good idea. From there he just really took to it. After learning about the fastest alphabet record he practiced for eight hours a day before finally taking his shot at the throne. EIGHT HOURS A DAY. Well, fair enough. He’s got a world record out of it.
