Famous Places From The Distance - Arc De Triumphe

We’ve all seen photos of the Arc de Triomphe (above) or the Pyramids from right up close. But here’s a series of photos from those iconic venues from a little bit further back. These awe inspiring buildings and places are often nestled in surroundings that are fairly incongruous and often unseen.

You might think that the filth around the base of the Taj Mahal would ruin its majesty, but to me it seems to improve it in a way. It gives it something to fight against.

So here’s a few of the most famous places on earth, from a few steps back…
